why didnt i study physics at all last month?

den i wont be suffering now.

with only half e syllabus done.

i tonight really dun have to sleep le.

lets assume all farmers pay taxes to e govt.
den that rural area is governed by a non-govt party.

and when they want to upgrade their farms,
e non-govt party ask e govt for money.

shld e govt give?
